Shipping Times
Every item in our archive is produced on-demand. Please allow 2-5 business days for the creation of your items.
- Europe: 3-8 business days after fulfillment
- International: 10-20 business days after fulfillment
You will receive a tracking link via email the moment your package is handed over to the carrier.
Returns & Refunds
Because our items are custom-made upon order, we do not offer returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or wrong size selection. Please refer to sizing charts carefully.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a misprinted, damaged, or defective item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will require a clear photograph of the issue. Upon verification, we will issue a free replacement or a full refund back to your original payment method via EveryPay.
Lost in Transit
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date. We will cover the costs of a replacement shipment.
